Initially, we will advise on the process we undertake, following which, we will carry out a site survey, agreeing on a cost for either removal of the equipment, a free decommission, or a fee paid to you by MF Communications for the equipment. Once all equipment has been assessed, a program of decommissioning will be devised and agreed.
Strategic dates will be set in place to ensure a seamless move from old to new and ensure minimum downtime. All equipment will be removed safely and in line with all WEEE directives and any relevant certification provided.

Depending on the quality of the decommissioned equipment, we will refurbish or remanufacture it, in order to sell as second-user equipment. Case study
We worked closely with Renault UK to decommission their Alcatel system over many different sites within the UK. Another project involved removing an existing Alcatel telephone system, including phones, from a large UK based Law Firm with multiple locations. The company were upgrading their system and needed a staged collection. Additionally, we have also assisted a large worldwide freight organisation in the decommissioning of 45 sites throughout Europe.
