The Cisco SPA504G IP Phone (SPA504G) is ideal for small businesses or home office use. Part of the Small Business Pro Series, this 4-line IP phone supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), has a monochrome backlit display with on-screen applications and wideband audio for superior voice and speaker quality.

The SPA504G connects directly to an Internet telephone service provider or to an IP private branch exchange (PBX). It offers easy installation with dual switched Ethernet ports to reduce cabling, and menu and web-based configuration. 

This is a highly secure phone which supports up to two expansion modules to scale up the IP phone’s capabilities and. It also supports both SIP and SPCP with the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series for Small Business. The Cisco SPA504G is also compatible with equipment from many VoIP infrastructure leaders which enables a number of additional features. 

The Cisco SPA504G 4-Line IP Phone also supports productivity-enhancing features such as VoiceView Express and Cisco XML applications when used with the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series in SPCP mode.

The Cisco SPA504G IP Phone features include four Independent SIP Registrations, line status, local and geographic shared line appearance, call hold, on-hold music, call waiting, caller ID, call transfer, three-way call conferencing with local mixing, multiparty conferencing via external conference bridge, call pick-up, call swap, conditional call forwarding, call logs, directory, on-hook default audio configuration (speakerphone and headset), multiple ringtones, intelligent daylight savings, call timer and speed dial.
