The Cisco CP8851 Phone (product code: CP-8851-K9) is a secure, reliable and scalable VoIP collaboration tool for small to large businesses.

The Cisco CP8851 Phone has an attractive new ergonomic design and encrypted voice communications for added security. Wideband audio gives crystal clear voice communications and you have access to number of Cisco unified communication features. Using Cisco Intelligent Proximity it offers integration for personal mobile devices for flexible working options and better quality acoustics.

The Cisco CP8851 IP Phone (CP-8851-K9) comes standard with a USB port for smartphone charging or wired headset and has five programmable keys for multiple directory numbers or call features. The multi-call-per-line feature allows for multiple call handling for each directory number and fixed-function keys give access to applications, messaging, directory, as well as popular calling features such as hold/resume, transfer, and conference.

The Cisco 8851 has eco-friendly technology with Cisco EnergyWise™ so ensure the phone is more energy-efficient. It comes in two colours (charcoal and white) and a standard wideband-capable audio handset as well as support for third party headsets. The hi-res 800×480 pixel (5inch) colour screen offers multiple language support and right-to-left screen text. The Cisco 8851 business phone supports a built-in Gigabit Ethernet switch for your PC connection and has options for key expansion modules to add up to 72 additional lines or features.

The Cisco 8851 Phone (CP-8851-K9) supports Bluetooth 3.0 Enhanced Data Rate, has an internal 2-port Cisco Ethernet switch for a direct connection to a 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet network and is IEEE Power over Ethernet class 3. The many security features include device authentication, configuration file authentication and encryption, and image authentication.

UK Delivery

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you directly with any additional shipment charges are due.

The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify MF Communications Limited of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to MF Communications Limited.
All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in MF Communications Limited’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by MF Communications Limited. This ensures that goods have been purchased from MF Communications Limited. When the label is peeled back MF Communications Limited Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label is intact.
Restocking Fee 20% UK Only. Returned Goods MUST be in re-saleable condition or customer will be charged full invoice value.
