During its time in operation, MF Communications has seen record sales and growth, a hugely positive response from customers and a noticeable shift in attitudes towards choosing local suppliers over large corporations.
“Our growth from a small start-up 16 years ago to the local, national and international business we are today has definitely been helped by collaborating with neighbouring businesses. Now more than ever they are seeing the benefits of working with local suppliers,” says Managing Director, Fraser Young.
As standard practice, MF Communications sources local suppliers where possible, and many of these relationships are reciprocal. The company also invests in the local community through providing jobs as well as sponsoring charities supported by its customers and suppliers. These include the Kent MS Therapy Centre, Great Ormond Street and Tuck by Truck.
“Supporting the local economy is not just about shopping on the high street. There are hundreds of excellent independent businesses, like us, outside of town centres, which provide great customer care, high-quality products and services and competitive prices. Being local no longer means being expensive,” says Mr Young.
