The Mitel 5320e IP Phone (product code: 50006634) is a full-featured, applications telephone, ideal for executives and managers. It is also suitable for use in call centres, for agents, supervisors or teleworkers.

The Mitel 5320e Phone is full duplex hands-free applications phone supports single and multiple locations. Features include a large backlit graphics display and eight self-labelling function keys. These can be programmed as speed dial keys, line keys, or feature access keys. Twelve fixed-function keys provide one-touch access to commonly used telephony features, navigation keys and menus. They can also be customised by the user. The Mitel 5320e IP Phone also has three contextual softkeys to help users navigate through the telephony functions.

Add-on applications include Mitel Live Content Suite, which allows the user to turn the Mitel 5320e IP phone into a rich media information appliance using custom HTML applications, as well as Blogger, Flickr and Twitter.  The Mitel 5320e IP Phone (50006634) accepts standards-based (IEEE 802.3af) power over the LAN via spare pair or signal pair and supports 48 VDC Ethernet / AC power wall adapters. It can be powered via a powered switch or by local 48 V Ethernet power.
